The Process If you simply have questions about private investigations you can call or email. All communication is discrete. If you would like to set up an appointment, call or email us. All appointments must be set up verbally, we must speak with you. If you are sending an email, please provide a valid phone number and the time of day to call. If you would rather not have us call on certain days, please provide this information within your email. Remember, emails are not secure. Please do not provide personal information over the internet. Once the initial consultation has been conducted, we will determine if further meetings are necessary. Further meetings will be at an additional cost. Charges are billed by the hour, with a minimum of four hours. An advance payment for four hours will be required to begin the investigation. If additional hours are required, we will notify you by phone or email, whichever we find to be the most secure avenue of communication for your situation. Once the services have been completed, you will receive a Completion of Services Certificate and will be required to acknowledge with a signature. |
